All the fees are 22% VAT included, Gala dinner is 10% VAT included.

Registration fee includes: access to scientific panels, congress kit, Welcome Reception, lunches and coffee break on 11 and 12 May, certificate of attendance will be sent by email after the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will be accepted only if arrived by written request by email (esa2018@theoffice.it) in the following schedule:

by 10 March 2018 20% penalty
after 10 March 2018 no refund

All refunds will be set at the end of the congress.


REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you wish to replace a participant, you must send an email to the Organizing Secretariat esa2018@theoffice.it. The Organizing Secretariat will charge 30€ (vat included) per participant replaced. Deadline for participant's change or replacement: 10 March 2018
